The 1Mby1M Methodology is based on case studies. In each course, Sramana Mitra shares the tribal knowledge of tech entrepreneurs by giving students the rare seat at the table with the entrepreneurs, investors and thought leaders who provide the most instructive perspectives on how to build a thriving business. Through these conversations, students gain access to case studies exploring the alleys of entrepreneurship. Sramana’s synthesis of key learnings and incisive analysis add great depth to each discussion.
As the threat from bad actors continues to increase, Cyber Security has been, over the last 30+ years, one of the most active areas of entrepreneurship. In this course, we bring you case studies of entrepreneurs in the various subdomains of the Cyber Security universe.
You will need to understand the 1Mby1M methodology of startup building, heavily rooted in bootstrapping and early validation from other relevant courses. In this course, we focus on the domain-specific issues related to Cyber Security. There are nuances of Go-to-Market Strategy, for example, that are specific to Cyber Security, that you would need to understand. The course would also serve well to catalyze ideation.
Venture Capital will continue to flow into Cyber Security. The threat from bad actors will continue to intensify.
As such, building a startup in this domain remains an attractive option for entrepreneurs.
